I trust you are all well enjoying the fine London sunshine. We will be holding another one off our evening workshops on the 19th June, so in a couple of weeks basically. This workshop will be held at the usual place, School of Moksha in Harrow. Please find below an outline of what we will be doing and the suggested donation will be £5. Snacks & refreshments will be available after and all a good opportunity to speak with other like-minded individuals who are also involved in the healing circle. As …always, our aim is to help people to achieve a state well – being, good physical and mental health & to remain at peace and harmonious with ourselves and our surroundings. With a compassionate take on your healing, we help you so you can help yourself. The session will involve :
• Reiki healing – Reiki is a Japanese word representing Universal Life Force, the energy around us and within us. Reiki is a way of activating, directing and applying natural energy for the promotion of health, healing, balance and wholeness. This form of healing is an holistic creative energy and therefore useful for preventing imbalance, assisting the body’s natural healing powers and maintaining the rebalance as a state of well being.
• Attitudinal healing – Assisting one another to change our attitude. When a sick person genuinely forgives himself and the person who has caused the ill feelings of resentment, hate, fear or other stagnant emotion, the energy block dissolves and light and love flow again.
• Conscious breathing – Breath awareness forms a subclass of the more general awareness of bodily sensations. Because the breath always moves, the sensations of the bodily movements associated with breathing remain with us continually from birth to death. The more subtle sensations of the air moving through our nasal and oral passageways also stay with us. To powerfully anchor ourselves to the present, we need only abide in the sensations of each breath, one after another without a break. Since we always breathe, we have the potential to practice breath awareness at any and every waking moment.
• Healing circle – Those in need to healing will take it in turns to receive healing from the whole group. All people participating with be channeling energy to help the person who is in the middle of the circle
